Our winter litters of standard goldendoodle puppies are here. We have two litters, so we have a wonderful mix of colors and coat types. We have a good mix of males and females (at the time of this writing). T
When are these pups ready to go home?
Pups from these litters are ready to go home in early January. Families will be able to pick out their puppies before Christmas. That way you know which puppy you will be taking home, but won’t have to worry about finding pet sitting or taking the new puppy along with you as you go visiting for Christmas and New Years.

Your pick number is determined when we get your deposit. We ask that you let us know your preference for male or female and which litter you are interested in when you make your deposit. Once we get your deposit, we will confirm what spot your have on our list.

We have a litter of standard F1b goldendoodle puppies and a litter of standard F1 Goldendoodle pups.
The F1b puppies (pictured to the left) have a poodle parent and a goldendoodle parent, so are more poodle-like in appearance and temperment. This litter has a fun mix of reds, apricots, partis, and black. These pups are expected to be pretty curly/fluffy as they are 3/4 poodle. If you want a dog that sheds less and is more hypoallergenic, an F1b is a good bet.

The F1 goldendoodle puppies (pictured on the right) have more of that typical goldendoodle look with their shaggy wavy coats. These F1 goldendoodle puppies are apricots, reds and a few blondes. This goldendoodle mix has one golden retriever parent and a poodle parent, so they have a pretty good mix between poodle traits and golden retriever traits. They are generally low-shed, but may shed a little more than the F1bs.
Their Full Grown Size:
These puppies will be standard sized. The parents are between 45 to 80 pounds, so puppies will be in that range with males typically being on the larger side and females on the smaller.

Meet our new litter of mini-goldendoodle puppies. These little cuties are expected to be about 25-30 pounds full grown, the smallest so far for us here at Rainfield Goldendoodles. Both mom and dad weigh about 25 pounds. While we love our sweet and goofy standard size and larger goldendoodles (50 pounds and up), we get a lot of requests from families who need a smaller goldendoodle due to having a smaller home or apartment or just needing a smaller dog. If that’s you, these smaller mini goldendoodle puppies might just be a match made in Heaven!
These doodle babies are multi-gen goldendoodles, so will have curly coats. Goldendoodles with curlier coats are a good option for those with allergies as they tend shed less and have more of those wonderful poodle hypo-allergenic qualities.
We have a mix of males and female puppies available. As you can see from the pictures, these mini goldendoodle pups will be apricot to dark apricot in color, although their coloring can change as their adult coats come in.
And the little one said, “Roll over.”
These pups are just a week old right now, but will be ready to go to their new homes in time for Christmas. You’ll be seeing lots of pictures of Santa’s newest elf pups both on our Facebook page and on our blog as we go through the holidays. There’s nothing like seeing a bunch of cute and fluffy puppies to make you feel all warm, cozy and Christmassy, right?

Meet Willie Nelson — an F1B male goldendoodle puppy available from our fall litter. If you’re interested in adopting him, please contact me at laurie@rainfieldgoldendoodles.com. Willie is 8 weeks old. He is an F1B Goldendoodle puppy, which means his daddy is a poodle and his mom is an goldendoodle. Willie has got a soft, wavy/curly apricot colored coat with white patches. He is very smart and learns quickly. He’s just about got this potty training thing down and is learning to sit to be petted. He loves treats and sitting on the porch swing watching the sun go down.

Those pups will be our Christmas litter who should be ready to go to their new homes shortly after Christmas. We will start taking deposits for that litter in the next week or two. For those of you who are new to our Rainfield family, we are located in the North Houston area. We like to get to know you first and encourage new families to come by when the puppies are about 5 or 6 weeks old to meet their future puppy and get to know their little personalities. We find it helps you in making this big decision — and who doesn’t like to meet and play with cute little puppies, right? Our doodle babies go home at about 8 weeks old. At that point, the puppies have started their crate training and potty training and we are happy to give you tips and instructions to help you finish their training. Goldendoodles are such smart dogs and catch on to new things so quickly.

If you are looking for a male goldendoodle puppy available in Houston, we’ve got two little cowboys who are ready for new homes. These little boys, who we call Brooks and Dunn, are 10 weeks old. They are standard F1b dark apricot goldendoodles with a poodle dad and goldendoodle mom.
Brooks and Dunn have been home raised with children and cats and have gotten a lot of early socialization. They are doing well on their potty training and crate training at night. They’re sleeping through the night and are on a good schedule. We’ll give you all the information on their schedules and training so far so you can continue on with it, but so far these two are really smart, quick learning little puppies.
Little Dunn plans to be a great cowdog someday — but he needs to get this hat thing down first.
These goldendoodle puppies are very affectionate and love to snuggle. They already have their little personalities. Brooks, the lighter puppy, is a little more curious and loves to explore, while Dunn, the darker goldendoodle puppy, is a little more laid back.
There you go! Told you Dunn was a quick learner. He’s got this hat thing now.
Both puppies aced their first vet checkup and have already had two sets of shots so far. Vets recommend puppies have 3 sets of vaccinations in order to take the pups out and about safely.
